The Krystal Auto team is top-tier. I took my truck in to have a repair done. When I dropped the vehicle off, Alexis was working in the front office. She was warm, welcoming, and efficient. Just a little while later, I received a call from the owner, Christian, to talk me through the repair before it was made. The quality and caliber of the work were excellent. Everyone was amazing.i live an hour away. I’m up watching my grandkids. I thought I had a nail in my tire, because my pressure was low. I drove in and they took me in right away. They even replaced the stem valve cover I lost somewhere. Highly recommend.

I got a flat while running around in Ocala and I called Crystal automotive in less than an hour. I had a tow truck that picked up my truck.
